Agreement to Terms
Welcome to VV Taste Tales. By accessing our website at vvtastetales.site and utilizing our professional leather restoration services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and VV Taste Tales (the Company).
1. Service Provision
VV Taste Tales provides specialized cleaning, repair, and restoration services for luxury leather goods. We reserve the right to refuse service for any item based on its condition, authenticity, or if the requested restoration exceeds the technical capabilities of our atelier.
2. Estimates and Payments
- Quotes: All initial digital quotes are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed only upon physical inspection of the item.
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% may be required before work commences on high-value or complex restorations.
- Final Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of the service and prior to the release or shipment of the item.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or equivalent USD as stated on the invoice.
3. Client Obligations
The Client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information regarding the item’s history (previous repairs, spills, or treatments).
- Ensuring the item is delivered to our atelier or made available for our courier in a secure manner.
- Inspecting the item upon return and notifying us of any discrepancies within 48 hours.
4. Shipping and Logistics
- Risk of Loss: While we facilitate shipping through premium couriers, risk of loss passes to the Client once the item is handed over to the third-party carrier, unless additional “Valuation Insurance” is purchased through VV Taste Tales.
- Address Accuracy: The Company is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the Client.
5. Warranty and Re-works
We offer a 90-day warranty on the specific craftsmanship performed (e.g., stitching, edge painting). This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear post-delivery.
- Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to extreme weather.
- Accidental damage (spills, scratches) occurring after the item is returned to the Client.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on vvtastetales.site, including text, logos, and photographs of our work, is the property of VV Taste Tales. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VV Taste Tales, its directors, or its artisans be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the service provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
